Large windows in the Main Event and Pondside rooms offer a relaxing view of the pond, with access to our large patio and deck. Our unique campus also has space for classrooms and break-out sessions, with shady trees around the property for the essential breaks or for outdoor team-building activities.

Lighthouse Knoxville is conveniently located off of Bearden Hill, just minutes from downtown and West Knoxville, convenient to interstates and lodging, about 25 minutes from McGhee Tyson Airport. Plenty of free on-site parking is available.
A Day at the Lighthouse Package:
- Pricing: $24.99 / person.
- Continental breakfast, lunch & snack. Plus, “all day drinks” : Coffee, tea and water.
- Tables, chairs, black linens, TV included.
- Does not include room rental fee.
A La Carte Options:
- Pricing ranges from $300 - $1,500 depending on the space.
- Tables, chairs, black linens, TV included.
- Prices reflect use of space for 4 hours & do not include any food/beverage
